Most common questions, organized
Clear, practical answers about how our online courses and live webinars work, what is included, and how registration is handled.
What is the difference between courses, webinars, and intensives?
Courses are structured multi-session programs with practice tasks. Webinars are live events focused on a specific topic with Q&A and, when available, a replay. Intensives are short, focused sprints typically lasting 2 to 3 weeks.
How are prices shown and billed?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) on the relevant program page. Any taxes or payment details are presented during registration.
Where can I see dates and time zones?
Webinar dates and times are listed on the Webinars page. Multi-session course dates and weekly schedules are listed on the Courses & Programs page. Time zones are stated on each listing (typically Pacific Time for Vancouver-based live sessions).
Do you guarantee outcomes or certifications?
No. Our programs are educational. Learning outcomes depend on student effort, prior experience, and time available. If a course includes a completion certificate, it is described on that specific program page.
